  • Pastor Matthew Mayberry - Lead Pastor

    Pastor Matt joined City Church Del Rio in November 2020. He has been in vocational ministry since 2009. He and his wife, Marissa, have been married since 2012 and have two sons: Malachi and Mathis. Pastor Matt loves coffee, growing in the knowledge and study of the Lord, and discussing theology with anyone who will converse.

  • Pastor shon young - Associate Pastor of missions

    Pastor Shon has been the Missions Pastor since City Church Del Rio's inception in 2015. Pastor Shon has been married to Janeene for 25 years, and they had been missionaries in Mexico before coming to Del Rio. They have 3 children, Joshua, Austin, and Brooke. They also have 2 grandchildren, Judah and Eliza. 

    Pastor Shon also serves as a River Ministry Coordinator for the Baptist General Convention of Texas. Pastor Shon is in pursuit of his bachelors degree from Wayland Baptist University.

  • jessica willoughby - Family Minister

    Jessica has been with City Church Del Rio since inception in 2015. Jessica has been married to Aaron since May 2007, and they have 3 children: Noelle, Asher & Declan. Jessica is originally from Virginia, but moved to Texas in 2002 where she met her husband while attending college in Houston. Their family has been in Del Rio for since 2011. Jessica has worked with children for many years in schools and churches throughout Texas.
